Today we are making the cutest bling Valentine’s Day frames for that special someone in your life.

Here are the basic supplies you’ll need: Felt frame, ribbon, rhinestones, embellishments, hot glue gun & glue. These are super easy to make. All you need to do is embellish your felt frame with all your fun accessories!
