Online purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt and must be new, unused, contain all original packaging and accessories, and be in resalable condition.

 In case of shipping damage from our company to the delivery address of customer, replacement parts or a new product will be sent to the customer on a per case basis.

To returns or exchange an item:

• Email info@totalclasscreative.com or call 972-731-7272 with your order number and the reason you are returning or exchanging the merchandise.
• TCC will then provide an authorization number and instructions for returning your order.
• Carefully pack the product/merchandise for shipment. Include a copy of your invoice and authorization number with your shipment.
• Choose the shipping company of your choice for return. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Product/merchandise must be insured for the possibility of damage/getting lost.
• Call us back with the tracking number of the return shipment.
• TCC will credit the card used for the original purchase upon receipt of the merchandise.
